I'm told Romain Grosjean used the new in-car starter linked to the hybrid with 3 to go when he'd spun. Pre-hybrid that would have been a caution to re-fire his car. Massive positive that the race didn't finish under yellow or wasn't impacted by that in the closing stages #IndyCar

#IndyCar - and motorsport in general - is lucky to have @Ericsson_Marcus . There’s definitely stigma and perceived weakness of working on the mental side in racing. Above all else I hope this starts to break the cycle for young racers entering the sport 🙌
