@UsmanAshir15 That's because the column base (basket) reinforcement cannot resist and overcome the bending moment of the structure, particularly due to unbalanced height and width ratio. This is a fixed support with the capacity to withstand share force and bending moment.

And to be frank, that crack isn't because of insufficient/ineffective binders or concrete mixture ratio; and it's well compacted. This column slightly tilted because it's not in equilibrium.

Moreover there are many reasons why cracks exist in a column, we're trying to sort out possible reasons in this particular one.
