I was in a dera and crocs walking to buy groceries in the streets. He made fun of my torn crocs and I pretended I didn’t hear him. He came to the mama mboga I was buying groceries from and intentionally interrupted us… the rest is history and now we have a 2year old ☺️

I’ve known mental peace this year Anxiety & panic attacks have greatly reduced compared to last year. Haven’t had to take meds to regulate. Life has still been shit but I’m dealing with it way better and coming to terms with “accepting seasons of life” knowing things change

When house hunting, ask a neighbor some questions. Caretakers lie. It’s good to know at least 1 neighbour in case you fall sick, need help etc. 3 meals a day is a stretch not bc of money but convenience Groceries and food often expire/go bad
