An independent tribunal has determined that tennis players Tara Moore and Barbara Gatica bore No Fault or Negligence for their Adverse Analytical Findings.
The players are therefore subject to no period of ineligibility.
The International Tennis Integrity Agency acknowledges today’s decision from the Court of Arbitration for Sport in the case of Romanian tennis player Simona Halep.
Swedish tennis player Dragos Nicolae Madaras has been provisionally suspended from the sport, pending the full consideration of Tennis Anti-Corruption Program charges.
