Found this Eastern screech owl in the backyard. Wildlife sanctuary does not have space for him but I’ve been advised by the rehabilitator to keep it dark and quiet to minimize his stress. Despite an injured left wing, he’s still warm to the touch & breathing well.

Taking a look at what the monkeys were fed, it’s not hard to imagine that eating less of a bad diet (high in PUFA/starch/iron etc) may improve certain metabolic parameters. (perhaps by lowering endotoxin/fat, especially unsaturated/reductive stress)

Regarding the alien food scandal, all of the parents were aware! There were only 3 bars on the plate because only 3 of the kids have experience using MB to treat their depression/chronic infections. The rest of the kids got colorless bars (“astronaut food”).
