The effect of discrimination by Wesbank. Mr Black and Mr White purchase a vehicle for R 330 000. Mr Black is charges an interest rate of 15.75% and Mr White a rate of 7%. Mr Black pays R 126 940 more interest and his monthly instalments are R 1 563 more than that of Mr. White.

Malaza is a black person who obtained a mortgage of R 1 m on a property valued at R 1.6 m from Standard Bank. He was charged prime + 2.2% which is much higher than rates of whites. Malaza no have to pay R 400,000 more over the term of the loan because of the colour of his skin

STANDARD BANK IS NOW UNDOUDTEDLY THE WORST BANK IN S.A. WHEN IN COMES TO RIPPING OFF CLIENTS. Lady entered into a loan agreement of R 88 000 in 2012. SB is now claiming R 360 000 although SB is aware of the In Duplum Rule that they can only recover R 166 000. (R 88 000 interest)

STANDARD BANK RIP OFF MORTGAGE CLIENT WITH R 230 000. On 1 April' 05 the interest rate was increased from 7.65% to 10.5% for being in arrears. Under the directives Usury Act this is illegal an a criminal offence. This can result in jail time for offenders.

WESBANK - it is now a proven fact that WESBANK don't only discriminate against black clients with higher interest rate but it now transpires that the overcharges on black clients are much higher than those of whites.

Standard Bank is now No 1 in S.A. with discrimination on mortgage loans. This information is obtained from 140 mortgage investigated. Mr. Black obtain a mortgage loan of R 780 000 at 4.5% above prime compare to the prime rate of M White. Mr. Black's instalment is R 2 450 higher.

Taxi owner is charged 36% on his loan account with SA Taxis and then get overcharged with R 44 000. Now it is clear why so many taxis get repossessed and their income taken away. It is my opinion that all taxi owners have their loan accounts investigated .

All Wesbank clients who at some stage defaulted with payments, it is recommendable to have your accounts investigated as it is a proven fact that you could have been illegally penalised with a higher interest rate. Overcharges up to R 50 000has been found. FMI phone 082 2911333

2019 is going to be a good year for black mortgage clients. The trial against FNB for unfair discrimination against black mortgage client will go on trial in the Equality Court early this year. FNB is the first bank to be summonsed for discrimination. Oher banks can follow suite.

A whistleblower from the Department of Finance phoned me, informing me that the Department wanted the trial in the Equality Court related to unfair discrimination removed for the court roll as they feared a collapse of FNB like Saambou in 2002. I am meeting this person next week.

Capitec - client obtain a loans at an interest rate of 29%. He later went under debt review and the court ruled an interest rate of 15 % . It now transpired that Capitec did not adhere to the court order and is at present still charging 29%. Forensic audit in process

I do not share Johann Rupert's comment that his is not a racist. As the largest shareholder in RMBank (FNB), he was aware of unfair discrimination with interest rates on low cost housing (poor black clients). I informed him personal per e mail and he did nothing.
