Random training thoughts: Greece looks good, much improved on execution, interesting combo. Ukraine is astounding. The difficulty, the angles... to die for. I don’t see how they cannot medal in Tokyo. Spain’s duet will be Iris/Alisa tomorrow.

Spain is the World Junior Champion in free team with a 89.3000 🤩! Very close final until the end! What an incredible routine (choreography by Paula Klamburg) and a great swim! Lots of emotions from both athletes and coaches. A lot of up-and-coming talent for the country indeed.

The order of appearance in finals has been changed, per the World Aquatics Competition Regulations updated on January 1, 2024. Now, the top 12 in the preliminaries will swim in reverse order in the finals. So No. 12 swims 1st, No. 11 swims 2, etc. And No.1 will swim 12.
