No power on this earth can abrogate Article 370. It is only the constituent assembly of J&K that can recommend its abrogation to the President of India. As it does not exist today, the mechanism for abrogation of 370 is not available anymore.

Islam Khan,the Mughal Government laid the foundation stone of this South Kashmir town as early as in 1763 AD & named it as Islamabad. Even during the rule of Maharaja Gulab Singh, Maharaja Ranbir Singh, Maharaja Partap Singh & Maharaja Hari Singh it was Islamabad, never Anantnag.
