We paid HES for a 2 well frac like 7 days after RDMO to help them with quarter end cash. Cause that's how we get them to keep coming back for my messily one pad per year. I feel like I broke two records on this pad... Fastest 2-mile frac (2 days) and fastest to pay.

Update from a stripper operator. Got Q1 hedges locked in so I can survive. Bring it on baby! Still got to furlough pumpers in Nov and Dec and pump myself to make it there... Only in 2020 do pumpers get turkey day and Xmas off while still making a paycheck. Stay positive.

Tip for you one man operators like me. When I start to feel depressed or overwhelmed I tend to ignore the email, snail mail, reporting crap... I burry myself in the field (the fun). When I finally sit down and grind through the office crap I instantly feel better. For real.

Welp. After a pretty exhaustive review of automated tank gauging I think pretty much the only option for stripper wells is iWell. Many have the technology... Only iWell has the pricing strategy to capture the stripper well market. You heard it here first.

YE20 update from a stripper operator. All in (legit all in) net lift cost from $40/bbl Q1 to $30/bbl Q4. Some BIG wo / facility work. Inc NRI via acq. Survived redetermination, new regs, negative oil price. Bought more wells. Tax loss to carry back. HAD FUN! BRING ON 2021!

So much about PPP and oil cos! Here is a stripper operators perspective. In March there was major fears about liquidity. Banker told me take it and if you need it it may save you and if you don't need it you repay it as a working capital loan. So chill out all.

Crude ripped right after I locked in half my February barrels at 79.15 today is pretty much consistent with how the rest of my day went. Except for I played the best golf game of my life and I was the only one on the course.

Update from a stripper operator. Consolidate to survive. That means RI, ORRI and offset production. Long life, low decline, oil only. Buying WI for $4,500/net BOPD and RO/OR for 3 years net CF at $32/bbl. Having way more success than would have imagined. The great crew change!
