The demolition of the Rivers State House of Assembly Complex is one of the most odious events in our political history. After the burning didn't stop the Assembly from functioning he couldn't hide anymore but had to come out openly to demolish the Assembly. It's a shame.

Presently the curfew is still in force and the Police and Army are still in Oyigbo LGA. Some of the arms taken from the killed security personnel have been recovered while most of the arms looted from the Police Area Command's armoury are still with IPOB.
