Why is the Georgian govt unable to provide security at the trial site? Why is it unable to do same at a civilian hospital? It's no wonder why many think its real motive is to deny fmr pres his fundamental human rights.

Unhinged and unbecoming. Self-serving. What conceivable national interest does this serve? Who advised him to go after an NPR reporter who simply asked what we all want to ask: Why has he let his people twist slowly in the wind, and not said a single positive word about them?

Why is the PM writing the EU Pres on behalf of his country’s richest man, ignoring the EU’s other points on needed reforms? If nothing else, it shows that his priority is to put one very rich man’s interests before those of his country.
