@Harikjay @AsterShock Translation services don’t take into account cultural context and common usage. The Japanese word for pedophile is extremely different and entirely kanji. “Lolicon” is reserved almost exclusively for the anime/manga community and it’s used only in relation to fiction.

@raraguysama @KaroshiMyriad Gainax was literally just on corporate life support for purposes of keeping their IP within copyright protection. It can be hard to sell old stuff on to new owners because it’s not always easy to re-monetize it. Perhaps Khara has found a path and that’s why they are “assisting.”
