Just want to clarify something reported by . The article stated that I received a jersey along with an autographed ball. This is not correct. I was given an autographed ball and was able to give Yordan Alvarez his home run ball and congratulate him.

I am very sad to learn about my friend Ojisan 😢 I met him on Opening Day when Ichiro first came to Seattle. I met him again on Opening Day 2012 in Tokyo 🇯🇵⚾️. I was looking forward to meeting him again in 2019.
