Just finished up our end-of-the-year book keeping. Wow. What a year of growth. (For context, I did $1,100 in revenue in the month of March and finished the year hitting a peak of $64,500 total gross revenue in December across both cleaning businesses/consulting agency.)

Calling and emailing apartment complexes in your market and asking if they have a company that handles their cleaning turnovers will make you bank. IF they do, ask if you can just market to the residents via move in packets, text/email blast, or bulletin boards Huge ROI
