Are you marathon training? The weather tomorrow is terrible, 60+mph winds are very possible. Go swimming, go to the gym, take a rest day; but don't risk your life just because it says "16 miles" or whatever on your training plan. #staysafe

The first parkrun in Austria took place this morning, in Hellbrunn Palace Park, Salzberg. One of the things I love is that this clip of 30 people walking, jogging and running could have been taken at a parkrun anywhere in the world. #LoveParkrun

By the way, 20:00 to 21:00 on the first Friday of the year is the 'Golden Hour' for #parkrun registrations - almost always the busiest hour of the year. Right now, we're seeing a registration every 3 seconds.
