• I would usually eat 400-650 calories a day I live with my parents so 80% of the time I had to eat breakfast and lunch with them. For breakfast I would eat 40g oats with sweetener or weetabix with low fat milk! (150-180 cals) • i would always eat lunch since i had no choice
