New Legacy is similar in that except it's more focused on making references to other shows and movies

@ZiedTa TEQ Piccolo is actually a unit designed in 2018 but they lost the file of him and when they got it back they had to rush him out, so they made his animations better but forgot to make his passive better That's the only possible answer to why TEQ Piccolo sucks so freaking bad
