@daintytrash Alcohol is a diuretic, so it dehydrates you. You might see a drop in the scale but (from personal experience) it’s probs just water weight. If ur diet was only alcohol you’d def lose but that’s an easy way to land yourself in the hospital. Stay safe ml 🩷
