Are you paying attention to the eye corners? Often they are neglected and result in unappealing kinks in your pose.
You need to take out any kinks, make sure you have clean lines and you might need to get deep in the rig to make sure your pose is clean.

Fun Fact 🔎A deaf consultant proficient in sign language worked closely with the animators, to ensure that the sign language used in Under the Boardwalk was accurate.
The scenes where Shelly is using sign language are actually representing what Shelley is communicating.
Posing the face is one of the biggest areas we see students can improve, and an area where our mentors spend a lot of time giving notes. Often they fall flat, and we can push a lot more appeal out of them.
