🥔🍠 Potatoes - You've probably heard it before, but they contain a bit of almost every nutrient you need. They are also one of the most filling foods. You can boil or microwave these things They also store well if you don't want the cals from eating an entire russet lol

Meals: 🥚 Eggs but only if you include the yolks! That's where the good stuff is. You can prepare them in many ways! A bit of salt + pep (or paprika!! 👀) Cottage cheese or any cheese your cal limit allows for are good way to make your scrambled eggs yummier too!!

A concern I often see - hip dips! Why do some people seem to have them and some not? It's all down to muscles. The hip dip is the spot between the pelvis and the femur. as you can see, it naturally dips down. Hip dips are literally your natural skeleton.

✧ How to start! I did not start doing this over night. I started with 20:4 and omad. Then 35/ADF. Then 48, 72, etc. You need to learn how your body feels during a f^st in order to be comfortable and recognize issues so you can trouble shoot and avoid breaking early.

Important! Weight fluctuation. YOU WANT THIS. Mine is pictured. PM weight should be 2-4lbs heavier than in the AM. This means you’re adequately full of water. You will pee this out over night. If you don’t see the scale drop in the morning, you didn’t drink enough.

7asting trackers are full of it tbh,, my tracker says im in "deep ketosis" at 24ish hours. I tested my blood ketones and 0.2...aka, not even in ketosis yet. (0.5 is light ketosis) I never get into the 2.0+ range until AT LEAST 60hrs to 70hrs

Vitamins! The difference between 7asting and ⭐️ving is electrolytes and taking your vitamins. Here's my regimen. Magnesium can give you diarrhea so if that starts, I skip my magnesium pill. Would not recommend more than 100mg.

My water routine: Immediately after morning weigh in, 8-12oz CHUG!! 24oz + electrolytes to drink every 2-3 hours. (Packets I use pictured.) Stop drinking 2-3hrs before bed time UNLESS you haven’t met your 3L for the day.

Electrolytes are complicated and might take some trial and error. I stick to these guidelines below. If you start to feel weak or light headed, you most likely need some straight sodium. Salt water is kinda gross, but it’ll make you feel leagues better 🔗
