Fatigue of RU units "massive". A third has been replaced, but incoming units have even worse quality. Another third has been destroyed, killed or wounded. Re-formation of units doesn't have a good impact on combat capability.

Just 2 weeks ago the Russian Red Cross (RRC) signed a cooperation agreement with the Defenders of the Fatherland org. The EU sanctioned both the org and its head Anna Tsivileva because their aim is to send RU veterans back to the frontine. Btw, Tsivileva is Putin's cousin.

A month ago we recruited Ilya to do Russian language fact-checks about Russian war propaganda and disinfo. Among other stuff he published a factcheck about Russia's disinfo regarding the Bucha atrocities. Now he is under investigation in Russia.

One course the Youth Army organizes in Artek is called “Future Commanders” where allegedly around 50 Ukrainian kids were forced to participate last time. The children were taught about the “concept of Motherland and the requirements to the future defenders of the Fatherland.”
