@AJDelgado13 Just so you know- as of 2026- EVERYONE in Florida who gets homeowners insurance will be required to have flood insurance. Doesn’t matter where you live. Just was notified by my insurer. Ours went up $1000 and we live in an townhome. Never a claim. Utterly a disgrace!
