as someone na mabilis ma-zone out, just discovered a technique sa pagbabasa ng mga books. oo, ngayon ko lang na-discover HAHAHA yung “read aloud” option sa MS edge. They’ll read the whole book for u. It feels like i’m listening a podcast & efficient siya while taking notes.

I’m starting to get bothered about the way other people respond with “si OA” especially when someone is merely expressing their genuine thoughts or reaction about something. This is why some people are afraid to express or be vocal for fear that they ma be labeled as “OA”

tama ba ako ng pagkakaintindi job enlargement - may dinagdag na task sa'yo job rotation - nilipat ka sa ibang task/work station job enrichment - binibigyan ka ng more "sense of responsibility"
