I've now realised why Appa doesn't pick up most calls. He has some carnatic music audio bit as his ringtone for both regular and WhatsApp calls. And he spends 75% of his waking hours listening to music. Fellow doesn't know if it's the music or the ringtone that's on. FOOL.
