Week 184 . Sagar kutir - versova beach - Open defecation (OD) rampant. 54 Toilets - messy , dirty with bottles ,single use plastic and muck. We started cleaning it in Nov 2016. Now, - 70% reduction in OD. - 8 local volunteer boys clean it everyday twice. - mindset change.
