In a panel where Reo attains metavision, he has his chameleon pattern - the particles are flying around him and his tongue is out. But he’s not copying anyone, since metavision is not a copy. It means that metavision is part of the “chameleon”. And it actually makes sense

In hindsight, it was not as much about Reo’s focus on negativity vs Nagi’s focus on positivity as it was about Reo’s focus on his low ranking & their deteriorated reputation in the world vs Nagi’s focus on how people still believe in the concept of ‘Nagi Seishiro’

While I’m working on a thread about why downfall would be a good thing for Nagi as a character, here’s a thread of threads I’ve made on him before that have already touched this topic👇🧵

I swear if Nagi doesn’t get a soul-crushing despair arc and Kunigami doesn’t score that goal in PXG then my career is actually over

Isagi having the sketches of match analyses in his locker & Reo having the diary of his football plans & strategies… they would do so good in the same team, they’d enthusiastically discuss the tactics with illustrations and everything… Or they’d bicker about it (affectionately)
