Fun fact: we do! It’s called WCWA Nationals! Although it isn’t NCAA and doesn’t have the funding or advertisement the men have, you can still tune in to watch college women kick each other’s butts! One day hopefully it’s on the same stage as the men!

Working out when you don’t feel like working out is such a mental battle. Another reason wrestlers are special. Especially HS and college kids that have to manage weight, training, competing, and school every week. S/O to the guys & girls finishing their season strong!

I finally understand Mom Strength. My arm gets tired after holding a baby for 20 mins. Moms do it 24/7. AND some of them do it while chasing around their other kids. Cardio and lifting combo.
