@speakoutsister I just don’t get it. When I gave birth there were male doctors, male visitors in the wards. Why is that okay but not eg Mary who happened to be Martin at birth, who is also unwell in bed? Private rooms are for clinical need. Corridors are segregated. It’s all nonsense, isn’t it.

@redrumlisa I’m surprised to hear that. I grew up on a working class estate, lots of us expected us to buy houses like our parents who had often worked 2-3 jobs to buy them. By 40 our parents had paid off half their mortgage, we’re stuck renting.
