So these "lost J3" pages exist in #TheBookOfBill , and Bill says they were ripped out by Ford. We know that post-Weirdmageddon, J3 was fully restored, including pages Ford ripped out in the 80s. So that means is that, post-Weirdmageddon, Ford must has ripped these pages out.(1)
