Devastating news about the loss of much loved, influential guitar legend Jeff Beck. He made the electric guitar sing… a powerful influence on myself and many others.
So sorry for the scare. I’ve had a bronchial infection and a last minute adverse reaction to medication. The Medics took me to hospital. I’m now recovering. I was very sad to miss the show and I will return to Phoenix ASAP. My thanks for everyone’s understanding and support.
Terrific news for Genesis fans! Whilst Phil, Mike and Tony prioritise the ‘80s, my show celebrates the ‘70s classics, including the whole of ‘Seconds Out’ late ‘20/early ‘21... (photo by Armando Gallo) Info via
I’m sad to hear the news of Alan White’s passing. He was a lovely person and a terrific drummer. My thoughts go out to his wife Gigi and to everyone in Yes.
The shows are going so well here in Japan with band on fire and wonderfully appreciative crowds. As always, it’s special to see the beauty of this country too…
My thanks to everyone for all the wonderful birthday greetings... It’s been a great day, eating fun foods, enjoying a scotch & coke, and celebrating with Jo...

Bonjour Paris! Wonderful to be back in this vibrant city. Looking forward to playing the first show of my new “Genesis Greats, Lamb Highlights and Solo” tour tonight!
Great to be in historic Lancaster, in this photo in front of the castle. Looking forward to the acoustic concert tonight at the priory playing with my brother John on flute and Marco Lo Muscio on organ.
The Hammersmith show was one of the most amazing ever with band and crowd all totally on fire… and wonderful to see my mum come forwards at the end… Photo (c)

I’m very sad to hear about the death of John Mayall. He was a true champion of the blues. He remains a huge inspiration to me and a legion of other musicians.
I will join South American band Genetics to play the entire iconic Genesis album Seconds Out in Brazil! We will also play some additional Genesis and solo gems! More South American dates to follow… info via:
