Posted this before but still postin lol 5/6 yr ago (ish) trainin here for a “5hr world record car deadlift attempt” (240kg on handles) on night a group of us hit 3366 reps n got an “unoficial world record” i did i believe 160/70 reps n was sore as hell day after 💪 #HAPPYTIMES

After 2 days kickboxin … then today-1st deadlift sesh since last june (i kno 👀) hit 185kg i did leg press… kept reps high (ish) up to this 320kg fe a few sets of 10 easy reps… followed wi leg curl n leg ext…. Happy enough 🏋🏻‍♂️🏋🏻‍♂️🥊

When i used to warm up with 200kg lol too bad we gotta get old lol, altho it wasnt age that weakened me but injury.. n then went mad on cardio n stopped heavy deads/squats.... try to do both these days n aim for fitness and strength 😁😁 happy friday folks #fitandstrongat53

#throwbackthursday back 4/5yrs ago when i didnt really train too heavy n ran half marathons so did bodyweight excersises (wi a bit added on) once in a gym comp i did 75 reps on press ups ... jus wanted fitness/endurance... want strength/fitness and endurance these days 💪💪

Up n at chest n tri’s … nothin heroic these days on a diff path to all heavy one rep stuff like last yr, so heres a vid of my all time pb “amrap” with 100kg…. 33reps 😃 prep for a comp i did “100kg as many reps as” n in comp hit 28 (came 5th out of 27) winner hit 50reps 👀👀👀
