Here is our crew testing their teamwork & ability to communicate non-verbally in tough environments. One of the ways they do this is by listening to loud music, in this case Bon Jovi. Watch them practice giving a prehospital anaesthetic without being able to hear each other!

A helicopter can only get us so close to our patients. Sometimes our crew must walk some distance from the helicopter to an incident, with all sorts of heavy kit. If you ever notice our crew en route to a patient whilst driving, did you know that you can offer them a lift?

Helimed 65 on top of the BRI! You can also see the walkway where patients are transferred into the hospital. They are then taken down in a special lift and to the emergency department where they are passed over to our NHS colleagues - who continue their treatment and care.
