I'm hearing of a friend of a friend that went to see fireworks in Red Hills. She was there watching the fireworks when suddenly her hand was bleeding. She was taken to hospital and found a bullet lodged in her arm. That's why gun salutes are dangerous what goes up must come down.

Court does not make law, the Court interprets. Our Constitution is written. If someone claims their Consti rights have been breached, the person has to prove that right is 1) in the Constitution and 2) was breached. If a party can't satisfy that there's nothing Court can do.
