my uncle locked me inside my house today, I felt like I was 16 again - trapped, a prisoner in my own home, subject to insane surveillance and restrictions it was fucking awful and I never want to go back to that and today made me feel like that again

was having an ecg done so my arms were out doctor comments on how big some of my scars are I say well yeah I didn’t get them stitched him: well how did they heal then? like… of course they’ll still heal, it just takes longer honestly the ignorance of doctors

I tried to run but ran into a locked door lmfao then, AFTER I’d run, they put me into a nice quiet room I wouldn’t have been feeling so anxious if I’d been in the quiet room in the first place it’s just frustrating to know I could have avoided being handcuffed and restrained

about to go back to the ward knowing I’ve cut and that I was very much not meant to do that if they find out I might have to stay longer and turn 18 there and have to go to an adult ward not really sure what to do tbh, should I be upfront and truthful or try to hide it?

got taken to A&E today because I cvt I’d had the bl4de since admission over 2 weeks ago so I think it’s not too bad I only used it now I felt so bad about lying to everyone about it I’m glad I’ve got rid of it now it won’t stress me out and I can be open

ok so the ward actually isn’t that bad so far the laundry room was open so I went in and found a r4zor, idk how to get the bl4de out though, and I’ve cvt myself multiple times on my fingers trying already anyway I’m on 1:1 for now so no shenanigans
