Season 1 is the best series I’ve ever watched. Great story, great acting, revolutionary story telling with the jumping between periods of time.
@barstoolsports
Sorry but part of the beauty of baseball is that it isn’t on a time schedule. I get excessive and obvious delays should be looked at but don’t mess with the overall pace. Also if parks stop selling beer in the 7th and games get to that point more quickly = less beer sold.
@MsGB60
@MLBONFOX
Two distinct arguments here which I both agree with. To me the beauty of baseball was that it was untimed. The new rules are great for watching a game on TV but the in person experience feels rushed and not worth the trouble to buy tickets, park, buy concessions etc.
@CodifyBaseball
Let’s just beer league softball this whole thing and start with a 1-1 count if all of you are in such a rush to leave a beautiful park, with your kids and fam, full of hotdogs and beer. True fans don’t care how many seconds it takes to make a pitch (to a point), I get it.
@Super70sSports
When I was 13 years old I was watching the Did You See the Sunrise? episode of Magnum when the ending jarred me off my couch and to my feet. I had never seen anything like that on TV. To this day I am still a fan. If you've never seen that episode, look it up. RIP TC

I took some Groupon lessons in KC years ago from a dude who was supposed to have been a "pro" at some point in his career. He was teaching this exact swing but calling it the 747 or some other aircraft reference. Long story short, I went from a 5 handicap to a 15 in just two
@TristanUda
Very true. Sometimes as a fan base we spend so much time complaining about Cal, lineups, and other nonsense that we forget to slow down and enjoy the moment. I stopped following the negative cult last year and I’ve enjoyed this season more than most. Hopefully we cut down the
@landofthe80s
The “Ivan” episode hooked me as a Magnum fan forever. The end jolted me as I’d never seen such a shocking ending before. The “Mama” episode is a close second with the Genesis song playing throughout the story.
@RobSmith3
@GolfDigest
Just like now, many viewers like myself will only watch the Majors now as they contain “most” of the best players in the world. A Ryder Cup without the best available players on either side wouldn’t be the same.

This team will go as far as Antonio will take us. There will be a time in the tournament when everyone on the team will be looking at someone for a bucket and Antonio will be that guy.
@Abraham_Ancer
Let’s discuss this tomorrow on ESPN + or at 3PM EST. Are you serious with this coverage? This is “The Masters”. Every shot from every player should be on TELEVISION. Not an app or online but TV. It’s also embarrassing and insulting that the media has to act the way they do.
@KySportsRadio
I hope the new coach refuses to go on your show too. Can you leave with him? It’s a sad day in program history that a blogger and his frat can spin their personal agenda and divide a fanbase. I’m embarrassed to be a lifelong fan tonight.
@Super70sSports
Please sir, respect the Fabulous Ones in the same way as Bill Dundee, The Dirty Dutchman, Koko Ware, Tojo Yamamoto, KImala, The King Jerry Lawler, Lance Russell, Dave Brown, Jimmy Hart....Jimmy Valiant for the love of god.

Nothing says bouncing back like rocking the Totinos Pizza rolls on the goddamn workhorse of oven pans. Those pans have seen it all and yet go to work every day.
@Super70sSports
We still have a few of those pans. They are the work horses of the modern working family. Pizza rolls one night, choc chip cookies the next and then biscuits for breakfast. They show the scars of battles against abrasive dish cleaners but I can't get myself to throw one away.
@ClubProGuy
I’m a lifelong golfer and yet I find myself more interested in seeing the scores from a golf parody account on Tuesday night than the Rocket Mortgage “Classic” or the LIV tour (like I could find their leaderboard anyway).
@LIVGolfInv

To see Jared throw a pass is not something you can describe to someone who never saw Jared throw a pass. It was effortless to the eye yet a fireball to those trying to catch the ball. He was Nolan Ryan or Roger Clemens but with a football. And most of all he loved

Been there. Ran out of mully’s AND string on the second hole once. We shot a cool 84, wrecked both carts and all finished with range balls. We turned in a card that said we shot 46 at which point we were asked to leave and not sign up again next year. Cheer moms are rude.
@PGA
Double cross a 7 wood into the shit on the left.

punch-out leaving 75 yards for a third shot. Blade a wedge into the rocks and back into the water. Drop. Hit my fifth shot to 20 feet and then quick rake a two putt for a 7 net 6.

Not that I'm holding on to this but you ruined this fine candy bar in 1997 when you added caramel. Go back to the original formula please.
@Super70sSports
Oh those were simpler times. Get up in the summer, eat some Frosted Flakes, go outside and see what friends were up and moving. Maybe a sandlot baseball game with the gang or it was all you can play day at Putt-Putt. At night fam’s were outside speaking to each other. Miss that

"I got an idea....let's make the car a place of silent reflection from now on". I use that line frequently in my real life. So many great lines in that scene....."It means I'm not good at parties".

You throw out Cal and you throw out the good will of every one of his past recruits. Those guys in the NBA do as much recruiting for UK as Cal does. Who do you think those NBA players are loyal to, Cal or UK? If we let Cal go we run the risk of dare I say what happened 75
@Super70sSports
I would take a sausage Totino’s over any of the big chain pizza stores. Bake it just right so the cheese on top is melted and the bottom is a bit crunchy. Before inflation you could buy one for just about a buck when on sale. Now maybe 2.50? Still worth every penny.
@Super70sSports
The fun was getting your new team(s) in a small plastic bag and then somehow getting their numbers on their backs from some little sheet of sticky paper that came with the team.
@Super70sSports
Whoever invented that pan should be a national hero. Biscuits for Sunday breakfast, pizza rolls on Monday, and who knows what else the rest of the week. It never got 100% clean but it didn’t matter.
@Super70sSports
100% agree. While the state is divided between its college basketball alliances, I firmly believe we would all come together behind a new version of the Colonels.
