So…..she’s at the vet. Negative for heart worms. No chip detected. She got a rabies and heart worm prevention shot and a flea and tick chew. I don’t think she’s ever been on a leash but she was very good and quiet at the vet. She did not bark or growl at other dogs.

@KelliDPowers I rescued mine from my back 4 acres. Fleas and ticks the size of my thumb. Horrible infection on her back, malnourished and intestinal worms. Chewed up by coyotes, slash on her belly(20 stitches). Yesterday coming in from the mud knowing a bath was coming❤️

She had a big morning. She got chipped and leptospirosis vaccine. She got a Halo collar and she’ll soon have boundaries. The GPS on the collar let’s me know where she is at all times. Luna is a beauty.

Sound asleep with rear paws straight up in the air. I’m so glad I rescued her. She has been so easy to train and I only whisper commands to her. I give her treats sometimes when working with her but she responds better to affection. Luna is a blessing beyond compare. ❤️

So……I cut the 4 acres today and afterward I took a shower and then put my swimsuit on and gave her possibly her first bath/shower. I have a walk in shower with a hand held nozzle on the far wall. There was a slight tussle at first but I think she liked it. We’re both worn out

Oh well. Another video of the stray. I think she’s found a home and my neighbors like her so much they want three dogs! I’m probably going to put an invisible fence in my yard. She has an old battle scar on her ear as you can see but she is sweet as sugar and well behaved.

Well, my month of fun is almost complete. Had the right eye cataract fixed today. The left eye I had fixed last week tested 20/20 today. We will see how this one does but I believe it will be great. It has already changed my life for the better

Sweet Luna goes out with me early in the morning and zooms and plays. She does her business and comes back and lays on her bed and curls up like a fox and never budges. She gets a nice nap in❤️❤️🐾
