Borrowers are able to create a strategy account and take out up to a 4x loan after depositing collateral. This capital can be deployed into a fully collateralized spot position on @GMX_IO immediately earning annualized funding rates and preventing directional exposure.

4/ Funding Rate Farming on GMX When Long OI exceeds Short OI on GMX, long positions will pay short holders. If the hourly funding fee is .005% per hour, short holders will earn 50% APY on their positions as well as any additional incentives provided by the platform.
