What I love about Max is that everyone accepts he wasn't perfect, no hyperbolic bullshit. He was just a good player who gave his all. Made the most of his chance and talent. Good luck Max, we've had many players in the post Prem days, but few unanimous legends.

Eccles has slotted straight in and has been excellent again. McNally is so good at reading the game, his positioning is of the highest quality. Allen keeps getting in the box and is close to 10 goals which is a phenomenal return. Hamer and Gyokeres are the best non top flight

Gyokeres 20-21 we win all 3 games he scores in 21-22 we win 11 of the 15 league games he scores in, drawing the other 4 22-23 we win 12 of the 18 league games he scores in, drawing 5, losing once. In the all the league games Gyokeres scored in, we only lost once.

I love O'Hares goal not just for the touch, but for Dabo. He makes that goal out of pure force of will, he takes on three QPR players at one point and he gets in his cross. He seemed to get better and better as the game went on.

For all the other things that Sheaf does really well, his ability to beat a man is not discussed enough. On Sat there were numerous times he beat his man to create space to move the ball on. Fair play to the lad, he has really proven the quality he has.

Final thought on Jodi Jones, we should never forget that he did so much in the early stages of the League 2 season. Without his goals and over all performances while the rest of the team, such as Biamou and McNulty, were finding their feet we would have been in big trouble.

Look I like O'Hare, but can we tone down the expectations. He did well last season in League 1, but we need him to have a bigger impact in terms of goals and assists in the Championship. He is the sort of signing we need, but lets not set him up to fail.

Final thing on Gyokeres. For all those saying he was nothing before we "rescued him", he was at Premier League Brighton and had been on loan at Championship Swansea. He found us 17th in the Championship and has taken us to 5th. Both sides have prospered since he signed.
