@lightpinkliliya it’s crazy to me that whenever I see people who restrict like crazy (500 cal intake for example) they’re usually not underweight or in the 20’s range whereas the bmi 14-15 girls on here eat 1k cals and still lose more consistently

@polarsquared hey I went through the exact same situation when I was 13 and genuinely you need to go to a refuge. Search up “youth crisis housing” or youth refuge and call them. It’s completely free and it’s for at risk / homeless teens. It’ll give you a place to stay
