To all of George’s fans and friends,
Constance here, with the update no one wants to read. George passed away yesterday, peacefully at home with his wife of 490 months and family by his side. He was not in pain and knew he was very, very loved.
GPz:My barber and dear friend Judy Bauer came over to my Hospice last night and gave me a much needed shave and trim. I feel like my old self again I’m not a walking Chia pet. Thank you all for also making me feel so much like my normal self. Love you all!
George was incredibly touched when he saw this beautiful tribute from Marvel Comics.
He's spending his time at home with Carol, making the most of his days and remains in good spirits. He is so grateful for all the love and support.

For those who missed it,here's some images from the unproduced Hanna-Barbera's New Teen Titans Animated Series for ABC. It was never picked up in 1983. Wonder Girl as group leader. Robin could not appear on the show due to legal rights to Super Powers...could I suggest Protector?
George Perez based the New Teen Titans on:
Robin / Burt Ward
Wonder Girl / Marie Osmond
Cyborg / Jim Brown
Starfire / Wendy Pini (as Red Sonja)
Raven / Persis Khambatta
Changeling / Mickey Rooney
Kid Flash / Ron Howard
Jericho / David Morse
HIVE Mistress / Bernadette Peters
GPz: I must admit that even I'm a bit awed with my detail work here. Those were the days before my eye surgeries and general downturn with my vision... I can't help but remember just how much easier it was then.
GPz: George had a wonderful visit with
@KurtBusiek
today. Kurt is a great friend who came a long way to visit and it really made George’s day! Add to that the fact that today is release day for JLA/Avengers and George is feeling pretty good.

NIGHTWING (1984)
Fans dubbed this as Discowing, and some people hated this costume... but it looks so cool! Nightwing was created because Batman writer at the time wanted Robin back in the Batman, so George and Marv created Nightwing and Jason Todd became new Robin.
