Groth16's trusted setup procedures always seem manageable on testest. But can increase operational intensity massively when you hit mainnet. Especially true for aggregation layers, to the extent that this is affecting our design choices at @labs_electron

The binary "you have a trusted setup or you don't" attitude has been super harmful here. For plonk it's easy to coordinate around one ceremony and get like 10k+
