What!!!???!!! I just got off the phone with my doctor and I have my FIRST clean labs in 7 years. The labs are usually covered in red ink... but nope... not today!! I’m getting better!! So excited to be beating the mold toxicity. I still have more treatment left, but this is huge!

Still at the hospital. Just finished the biopsy. Ultrasound showed positive signs and I’ll have the results of the tissue biopsy hopefully next week? I’m pretty hopeful it’s not cancer and it’s just my body reacting from toxic mold in my old office space. We’ll know “soon”

4.5 months of treatment, 2 IV’s per day, hyperbaric chamber 3x per week, binders 4x per day (that make me sick), anti parasite meds for 3 weeks, low dose naltrexone nightly, an insanely restricted diet, myofascial release 3x per week, and I did this today. Grateful for you all 🙏

If you are starting out or even if you aren't I would highly recommend learning React Native. It is highly in demand and there are less developers that have production experience than React (web). Starting to see more enterprise companies adopting RN like @ShopifyEng @coinbase

Just celebrated 4 years of marriage to my wonderful wife Carolina 😍 We celebrated by climbing a 450 ft 5.7 called First Kiss 💋 Her first climb ever & she crushed!! Our marriage has been incredibly difficult b/c of my chronic illness & workaholism but we are stronger for it 🙏

I'm going to make one prayer request. I'd really love to live with my family at my home this month as it's been since Superbowl Sunday (Feb) that I moved out. If you could pray that I could live with them this month at our home, I would be very very grateful 🙌🙏

I haven’t been able to live at my home for almost 6 months because of health issues. The main thing I’ve realized is ... I don’t need all the crap I have. Actually I only need about 10% of what I have. When I’m able to live there again, I’m going to give away a lot of it 🙌
