Man it’s been a day. My uncle passed and his funeral was today. I had to leave the post funeral reception early for…reasons, then had this long ass class tonight that ran over. I’m whipped! Hope y’all sleep well. Good night
So I’ve been on this fitness journey for 5 months now and have been able to shed 35 pounds so far. The scale no longer affects me. I began going to the gym 6 weeks ago and am seeing progress. My hope is that I continue to progress. All gym tips welcome.
