I disagree! Even though my quotes are free, they DO take time to make and paid ones ensure that you are getting genuinely interested clients! I know many makers include fur matching in their quotes and they should definitely be compensated for that.

Personal opinion: Charging people for quotes is a horrible idea that sets a terrible precedent that should not be normalized or supported under any circumstances. You're practically paying a fee for the chance to get chosen for a commission. 🧵
