Why is the media banging on about the scottish elections being a mandate for indyref 2, its to govern scotland for 5 years. Indyref is devolved to westminster. Scotland was granted that in 2014, 55.31% voted NO . Thats for a generation, not for every 5 years, snp wont bully us.
