Today a bright light went out 💔 💫🌈 I wanted to stay to be with Mum but my little body just wouldn’t let me. We spent the day together & she will always cherish the extra days we’ve had over the last few weeks ❤️ thank you for your amazing love always ❤️

Friends, Basil mum here. We’ve not got good news. My boy is very poorly with kidney disease 💔 he’s in the hospital having fluid treatment, but the vet has said this is very advanced. I am not yet sure what will happen. Please keep us in your thoughts #pawcircle

Thank you for all your messages. The vet called & Basil is being a good boy. He’s having fluids & has eaten a little. They will rerun the bloods tomorrow & I’ll know more. It’s very severe, stage 4 & all I want is to keep Basil comfortable & happy for the time we have left. ❤️

2020 was horrid for mummy. I had to leave her and she’s been so sad since. But because of lockdown we spent more time together than ever. She’ll always be grateful for that and she does believe that 2021 will be better although she’ll miss me forever. ❤️💔❤️🌈

Here’s today’s update: I’ve been more active. found mum in her study, in time for the zoom call (a conf with 62 people 😹). I have eaten some small mouthfuls but mainly licked jelly of food. I gobbled up 2 lick-e-lix which aren’t full of goodness but right now mum doesn’t care.

Update: Vet called after latest bloods, which do show improvement. He’s eating a little & more relaxed with the vet. The vet gave me options, bring Bas home now, or see if a further 48 hrs can help more. His advice was to give the extra time on fluids a go. So I have chosen that.

Basil mum: Thank you thank you for the #pawcircle and all positive vibes. Bassy has responded as well as could hope to the treatment. The vet said he’s been loving & sweet & is eating. I hope to bring him home tomorrow. It’s imperative when home he eats & drinks to stay well. 1/2

Hi I had to go to the vet today. I’m just not 100%. Fussy with me food, sleeping lots. Mum upset as she couldn’t come in with me 😔 but vet said I was a very good boy. I have more laxative & katalax & they took blood to check it’s nothing to serious. Please paws 🐾 in #pawcircle

Thanks for all your ideas and love. My lovely Teddy has had to stay at the vets. Suspected pancreatitis but full tests being done and anti nausea meds. He’s in the best place at the cat clinic. I trust them completely❤️ I miss him already though 😿

Hi friends! I’m home from the VET. They were nice but I had to have an enema 🙀🙀 and now have medicine to make sure I 💩 and eat well. I wasn’t happy there as you can see. Mum wore her cat mask.

I really wanted to see the lights! So we went outside fur a few minutes! 🌟🌟 mummy made sure not too long as didn’t want me to get too wet or cold but I enjoyed it.
