3) No sweets, candy, fast food, soda, or processed foods that was a big one. I ate NOTHING of the food mentioned above. It was hard and not always easy, but it was definitely worth it! Try to find healthy alternatives :)

𖧁୧ What is emotional eating? We don't always eat just to satisfy physical hunger. Emotional eating is using food to make yourself feel better - to fill emotional needs rather than your stomach. But it doesn't fix your emotional problems. It just makes you feel worse.
