Where there used to be water from side to side we got a forest covering half the dam these day's and that was 13 yrs ago when Scottish water carried out works that reduced the dam by 2/3rds and created the v-shape on the far side Deer, pheasants,hares,buzzards all around now

Quick note to all. Ropes are a physical barrier we use to divert golfers around any area. In this case its a newly turfed area at 2nd. Please take the 4 seconds to go the extra steps around these and dont climb under them.👍

Fereneze golf club are very sad to hear the news that Eastwood golf club will shortly be going into administration. Times are hard for all golf clubs at the moment and no one likes to see the demise of any golf club especially one of East Renfrewshire’s clubs.

Thats the 6-7th path widened, smoothed out and tidied. Currently doing 9th-10th path. Catchwater at bottom to reduce amout of water heading toward 9th green. This will prob be the last path we dig up for now. These will be astro turfed asap. 👍

Before 8th and 9th built in late 40.s the 8th hole was played down practice area(from current 8th winter tee) with green at the entrance as shown in picture/the 9th hole was played across gully toward the current 11th green then 10th was played toward the current 12th green
