So, I was thinking about Nigeria's problems, and I came to the conclusion that, we do not know how to create wealth.
I want to teach 1000 people here, how to create wealth.
1000RTs and I'll start the lesson. Sorry it has to be worth my time.
Okay, let me explain this to a 10yr old.
If you want to wash your face, you don’t put soap and then start looking for water. You first keep a water reserve and then you wash your face, knowing you have enough water. If your landlord pre-sells water to his tenants, it means…1
I am a member of COZA, I joined almost 8 years ago now. I am not a worker or a member of any inner circle. But I wholeheartedly subscribed to the mission of the church and many of the programmes and messages.
My attendance of the church was primarily because of my.....
My sympathies to all alleged victims, my prayers are with and for them, my deepest love to Pastor's kids as they endure this difficult time and my admonition to members!
Let us unite, speak truth and demand accountability. May the grace of God be with us all, may God help us.
....and not the Man of God.
Yes, we respect him as the steward and shepherd, we applaud his good works so far and celebrate them, but out of that respect and honour, we ask him to step aside, address this situation and face the consequences and not let the church suffer instead
...owns up to them, face the consequences including Law enforcement and submit to the process. The church will be fine without him.
I was one of the people who spoke up, asking
@timidakolo
to provide evidence and put substance to his posts and he and his wife have done so..
Now, it is my turn to pursue justice, demand accountability and protect the sanctity of the church.
There is a major programme coming up in a couple of days and the timing couldn't be better.
It is right of everyone to protest and demand justice, but I know people will jump...
....on this, whether for personal, selfish, evil or altruistic reasons and they are all welcome, as long as we are demanding Justice and accountability. All I ask is that innocent members be spared the wrath and the benefit of the doubt, as we signed up to God's church....
.....as well as dutiful workers need to be protected, rallied and encouraged to remain steadfast, but to also demand accountability.
If these allegations are true, it is important Pastor Biodun owns up to them,
@IruefiNG
It’s not my fault that you are unable to educate your nephew. I hope he grows up some day to learn decorum and the importance of knowledge over clout chasing. Rest.
Personally, I am far from perfect, I can in no way be the Judge over anyone, but I know what is required for stewardship of a church and a congregation. I knw what is required of the steward and what the church should be. The church is not the pastor, the pastor is not the church
You have to book water ahead, in order to ensure you have enough water. Now, if you didn’t do that and suddenly you need water to wash your face and landlord doesn’t have reserve, it means you have to buy water from outside, even at a premium….2
Let me explain this to you like I am explaining it to a 10yr old.
1. There are multiple stages to building an Industrial plant, Refineries included. These stages are, but not limited to:
a. Land preparation
b. Civil/Foundation
c. Structural (Steel and Concrete)
He was talking about brand new car ownership. Hence the 1% stat he quoted before breaking it down to 2m. You are failing baba, propaganda ain't working.
It is important to note that he won't be the first to face the law and certainly won't be the last. In fact, he should continue to preach the truth as he has, and work to ensure that truth is protected, by speaking and stepping down for the process to take its course.
Basically, planning has to be synchronized to ensure you get the quantity of water you need, when you need it and how fast you need it.
Now, back to Refineries.
Refineries operate based on flow rates. If a plant is 650k BPD, it means you have to feed it 27,083.3 bbls per hour.
I saw someone post the purported amounts found in Onnoghen's accounts. I decided to research for myself and found that the report being quoted said "turnover" on accounts, which means that all the monies that have passed through those accounts, for some up to 14yrs.
So, the headlines may seem alarming but it’s actually quite normal for you to import small quantities as a stop gap measure till local production is able to meet the new demand quota that needs to be allocated to Dangote.
Remember, we have DSDP contracts running at the moment.
.....relationship with God, and secondarily because of the level of excellence that spoke out in the ambience that is constantly presented. I saw church done differently and in a manner that I subconsciously desired. One thing I know is always repeated is the importance...
While at this moment, it is easy to attack the church, members and hierarchy, leave the church and rain curses from the outside and deny ever attending or having anything to do with the church, I choose otherwise. I believe the church, the victims, vulnerable members...
It doesn’t mean you won’t get water from the landlord next time, it just means the landlord has to make new plans to accommodate you. If he doesn’t have a big enough borehole, he now needs to expand his water production capacity….3
.....of your personal relationship with God. You are tutored and admonished to build that personal relationship with God. Like me, there are many other people, who out of the innocence of their hearts and desire for fulfillment in the pursuit of their faith joined the church.
This means once you start the process of refining, you must maintain the flow rate and you CAN NOT STOP abruptly!!! You can only stop in a controlled manner and over a very long period of time. So, you must have a buffer quantity of feedstock (crude) available on standby….5
For a standard Refinery, you need to have a minimum of 30 days worth on standby. For Nigeria and her peculiarities, you need to add another 30 days, that’s 60 days quantities of crude. This is at least 30m barrels of crude!!!!…..6
This Importation of Crude is not necessarily a bad thing, in fact, it puts us in good stead and raises the importance of our Industry, strategically, to global supplies and price stability. I see the price of Brent Crude rising sharply on strained reserves, before supply catches.
Nigeria does not have 30 million barrels of crude lying around and it will take at least 60 - 120 days at our current supply levels with the existing orders, to meet this demand. Dangote may not have given the right notice on time for this process to begin, hence importation! …7
We have quotas going to foreign Refineries from where we are currently getting supplies of products. It means we will have to truncate those contracts, switch our suppliers to Dangote and then re-route our production to meet Dangote Refinery’s requirement.…10
This means our 2m barrels quota from OPEC will either have to be increased if the foreign buyers continue to buy at same levels or we substitute buyers due to reduced order quantities foreign refineries as their orders get stolen by Dangote.
Basically, Nigeria needs time…11
When we worked on PMS supply and bridging operations across Nigeria, what surprised me was how low our PMS consumption actually was, compared to what I kept seeing in the news.
Some guys tried to clean this up, but as soon as MaiGida showed up, status quo returned.
Some people have bought private jet, bought houses in Monaco, Palm Jumeirah, Asokoro,

My aunty was a matron, I wont mention the hospital, but let's just say Ahmadu Bello, I lived with her intermittently during my military days. Many times she was caught in the regular Kaduna violence, but nothing ever happened to her. Their family was well known....

Dear
@GRVlagos
,
Yesterday I wrote you about education, today is Transportation. I have a degree in Railway Engineering, so please hear me out.
Before Railway, let’s talk BRT and Buses.
Thread.
The fact that y’all are celebrating your own failings is instructive!! Hasn’t the APC been in power here for the last 24yrs? Were these buildings built pre-1999?
Contravention or not, what you’re displaying is a massive red flag to investors and capital. Massive economic losses
@I_Am_Ilemona

Where did they get the robes? How do we know they are not robes from kidnapped and killed priests? Where did those robes come from?
@E_gbu_na
Lol! As per you sitting in some obscure location, far away from their lives, behind your keypad and knowing what they don't about their own private and personal lives. Well done, you try.
You guys think Dangote doesn’t know what he is doing? The rest of the world is here again, taking what we should be benefiting from, right under our noses!! We are busy talking about monopoly and other frivolities.
We need growth! We need progress!!

The federal government under PMB borrowed N22.7Trn from the CBN without NASS approval. This borrowing was done as an overdraft on the FGs account with the CBN, in anticipation of future income. Income never came and debt became bad. FG has now got NASS to transfer same to you.
@cutearguments
@mekkaokereke
This made me cry. I was at a very low point this morning, just thinking about the immense waste of talent my life feels like, I now have a glimmer of hope that someone, somewhere is listening. Also, to make opportunities available to more people in thr the rural areas.
We need peace in Kaduna, Plateau, Benue, Yobe, Zamfara, Borno and everywhere else. Let us join forces and battle poor education, poverty, disease, and the likes, let's fight together, against those ills, not against one another.
We demand peace!!

You know that rapid increase in temperature that happens when you turn of the AC or when power is cut (NEPA)? It is because Nigerian homes are built without any consideration for heat shielding or temperature gain.
Dear Tolu,
Like I always do, I will also call this lie..
Yes a loan for CCTV was taken and yes the CCTV job was completed. You just came into Abuja circa 2014/5. We have been here since. We saw the cameras and solar panels, in fact the bombers of banex plaza were apprehended..
Let‘s not forget that a $400m loan was taken 2010,under
@OfficialPDPNig
, to do CCTV surveillance system in FCT (No 1, below). No evidence of such,but we have a loan to repay. PDP won’t talk now, but if it’s to spread misinformation,their voice will be loud
You see, Henry!
You and the APC boys here did and said all manner of things, pre-2015. At that time, it was solely GEJ’s fault. I remembered meeting you at the VIO office in Jabi and we couldn’t even talk properly because of the vitriol that was spewed here.
The tragic crime of last night on the Abuja-Kaduna railway is not about APC or PDP, we should avoid the temptation of labelling it that. So that if PDP comes into power in 2023 we don’t continue the idiocy of making such things about our political biases, but about solutions.
As per Foreign Reserves, it is the foreign "EXCHANGE" balance of the Naira spent, from $, £ or € (foreign exchange) earned from Exports including exports of financial assets.

Hello Twitter NG,
These guys tried to either rob or kidnap my wife and kids in abuja, just now. Their plate number is KUJ424LC. I have tried a search and it is yet to be assigned to any vehicle. Please help me find them.

If you have Value, money will follow you. Why? Because Money is fundamentally value. Can you have steam without water? No! Value birthed money, so money will always return to value. Posses value and money will show up!
This is really a huugeee problem for business owners in Nigeria at the moment.
Look at the number of taxes and levies you have to pay, per state. Most times you have to pay multiple times as one state doesn't recognize the other.
@AO1379
@toluogunlesi
This speech is cool, but we were saying this in 2012. I clearly said these things here in 2012 and said this is where Nigeria needed to go and those who could lead us here, were in government at that time.
NOI, Otteh, Sanusi, Aganga, E.T.C.
Guess what??
You were one of those
Oh my gosh!! This is crazy!
A former GGM straight to GMD, not even first to GED.
Wow! This is what I tell people, the North doesn't care for your pleasantries, they do what they want/have to do.
Una no go hear word!
Look at this idiocy.
Land a fixed, finite and non-regenerative asset, being compared to a staple, essential and cultivated commodity like rice.
How these people got to government is a blunder we should never repeat.
You bought a land for N1m in 2015, and sold it for 8m in 2022, but you want the price of rice to remain the same since 2015. You may need to go into rice farming to sell at cheaper rate to help us beat down the price.
70 people indicated their interest in the Nigerian Oil industry class. It’s going to be a simplified version, so buckle up let’s get into it.
Good morning. 👇🏾👇🏾
If this is not workable, then suspend the directive in the interim, until they all can meet up. It’s Nigeria first in my books and we are at dire economic straits that we can’t afford to be doing anyone any favors. Nigeria needs economic security: save FX aggressively.
Because there is a corporate entity via which this excess bill is underwritten, those who know simply chuck their personal bills in the mix writing off their excesses, which will never be found out.
The largesse is UNTOLD!!
If he is found guilty, he will go to jail, continue to preach the gospel there, win multiple more souls and will go on to fulfill his dream of reforming the lost and rejected.
However, the right thing must be done. The church has to act.
Having a high income does not guarantee wealth. In fact, many celebrities, once wealthy, are now homeless or at least considered bankrupt. So, owning cash will not translate to wealth. It is what you do, with the cash you earn, that determines if you will end up wealthy.
He/she, by sheer speed of transaction, would have made more money, than you, at the end of the month. Be wise, go after VELOCITY OF MONEY rather than wait longer for a higher margin. Velocity of money always wins, it is why religious centres are so wealthy.
The Muslims on this fake audio propaganda are clearly pushing a narrative against a pastor of a nationwide church. If this leads to an attack on any place of worship, their names should be published both in Nigeria and abroad!
They will not take half of what they’re pushing.
@L_man__
Soldiers never travel with their weapons in private transport. “John Gabriel” , two first names, fictitious. Then Adamu Gideon? For a 2006 Honda? This whole thing is false or staged fan the flames of terror and religious conflict.
The cloak they hide under is to say that for Nigeria to be wet with products, there has to be some excess, else an under supply will lead to shortages in some areas.
While this is true, the quantity of that excess is where the “big boys” swim.
So, how do you get the most money and have as much income as possible.
"He that will be the greatest, must be the servant of all...."
Meaning, if you can provide value for the most people, and exchange it for a fee, higher than the original value worth, the net value will +ve.
800 tankers have been converted by oil marketers to supply gas to their retail outlets. They are now installing CNG dispensing pumps. So gas is the new PMS.
The North is a great place, but certain persons and ideologies have permeated the fabric of society and is withering away the very essence of the multi-cultural society we once shared. Violence has silenced the play grounds and people walk around with suspicion, protective..
Fam, is this even real? How can you submit such an analogous fallacy? To further hoodwink your followers into an uninformed bias that only deepens financial illiteracy and despondency? Men, this is discombombulating, I'm totally befuddled as to what you advise clients about.
Since 2011, AMCON has bought toxic loans worth N5 Trillion (4% of GDP) off banks. Most of these loans were taken during the period Nigeria was supposedly enjoying "economic growth".
Since the "economy" was growing, how come these debtors couldn't repay their loans?

I really want to build technical schools for Electrical, Mechanical, Process, building and plumbing.
Strictly core technical skills complete with textbooks and on-site training. All students will be issued with complete modern tool bags from day 1!
This is a vision in my head.
So if Neymar deleted his chats and had no evidence, this is how he would have been tagged a RAPIST for the rest of his life.
Yet, when we ask for just a tiny bit of evidence against an accused, we are "brainwashed", despite not even supporting the said accused nor accuser.
@benmurraybruce
Actually sir, by engineering standards, these so called "illegal refineries" are just large "kettles". All the safety, best and environmentally friendly practises are jettisoned, for a quick buck. There isn't anything to learn from them........they are massive pollutants!
Which batch do you think I should serve? The only N5m paying client, monthly, or the bunch of 10, N1m paying clients, a month? Obviously, the latter. N10m cumulatively is greater than N5m monthly. This is what is referred to as the VELOCITY OF MONEY.
Dear sir,
@atiku
I like your ambition. For some reason, I think between you and
@bukolasaraki
, you both can transform Nigeria if you get to that office. So I'll do a short thread of all my ideas, as regards solving Nigeria's problems.
THREAD.
Chapter 1: VALUE.
I don't have that much money in my wallet, but this is convenient for our discussion.
What you see here is currency, money. It is what is used as a means of exchange, in a financial transaction. Money DOES NOT bring wealth! Having a high income....
Now, back to government issues securities. The government issues Treasury bills and Bonds, available on
@SECNigeria
website or the
@DMONigeria
. The least capital required to start is N3,000. Yes 3K. They pay as high as 14%, higher than INFLATION, most times.
This inward flow of VALUE, denominated now in currency, makes him worth $100bn. Note, he didn't makes sales of $100bn, his value is worth that amount, compared to how much liquid cash he actually has. So income money does not necessarily lead to wealth!
So what is wealth? You know those definitions that say, it's not about money, blah blah....scratch that! It's all about having money. Creating wealth is all about making money. Yes, you have to develop relationships, build character, integrity and all that. That's not our focus.
I think you both overlooked the fact that education plays a significant role in voting patterns. The SW can clearly see the difference today than in 2015, meanwhile the SE also sees the business difference side of things, as well as the Python dance.
@DemolaRewaju
@segalink
Now, why is Messi a more expensive player, than Ahmed Musa? VALUE! Ahmed Musa, though an able bodied man, same as Messi, can not deliver the same value to a club like Messi can. That's why Messi attracts more money, than Ahmed Musa.
Because a Chemical processing plant is a large complex with multiple sections and stages, during commissioning all these stages are commissioned one after the other, in the sequence of operation by which they are meant to operate in.
Commissioning is not ribbon cutting.
@realkelvin07
Exactly!! This is why after that job, I recommended that subsidy must end immediately!
I know what I faced with that recommendation. I was even insulted here on twitter. Today? Same set of people now want to remove subsidy.
Dr. Sir, with your Ph.D your level of reasoning is next to an illiterate almajiri. You definitely do not understand what a project life cycle is. If a project, 100% paid for, commenced in 2013, with 4 yrs completion time, when will it become available for use? Alagba ronu!
If you have goods, sitting in a shop, on a shelve, to be sold at N10, profit margin N5, and your neighbour sells the same item for N8, profit N3. Who do you think will end up with the higher income, month end? Your neighbour. Because he/she would have exchanged by VELOCITY, more.
The NET value created, will be positive, in your favor. So Jeff Bezos, the richest man in the world today, exchanges the value he creates with Amazon, for a fee, to a large Number of people, higher than the original value he put in, and thus gets a net flow of VALUE, inwardly.
How fast can you exchange the value you posses, for money, or how quickly can you cause people to access your created value, and collect the equivalent money value from them. This is why the internet is so big, and it's billionaires the richest.
VALUE. If you go to a filling station to buy fuel, you exchange the cash you have, for a liter of petrol. What you did really, was exchange the value you posses, for the value you intend to extract from a liter of petrol. Exchanging money = Exchange of VALUE.
Please, the North needs to regain itself, violence leads no where, death and suffering bears only pain. Let's unite as young people and chart a different course than the one our parents have so far charted. Let's save lives, not take lives. Let's pull together and heal the land.
...a better Nigeria for us all, should be the focus, not this charade of spitefullness and tacit hatred. The fact that I was born a christian, doesn't make you, born a muslim better or more thorough bred. We are all human. These Kaduna killings are enough, the blood spilled
