my mom made chkmeruli (georgian dish made w/ chicken, milk, & garlic) but she doesn’t like how the milk turns out so she used half & half w/ water, lobio satsivi (another georgian dish—a salad of green beans & ground walnuts w/ herbs), & broccoli cheddar soup on top of it all!!
